General Information

How do I schedule a Handyman Appointment?

To schedule a handyman appointment fill out a service request on my contact page. I will endeavour to get back to you within 48hrs.

Who is sent to my home to do the repair work?

Natan Nadas of All Handy Inside and Out, the person you can trust with all of your home & business repairs. I do not send low paid, unskilled people to your home to do your repair work. I will show up at your home at the agreed time with my Ute and all the tools to do the repair work. I have years of experience doing Home, Office and Industrial repairs, so there is not much that I have not done before.

Who provides the material for handyman jobs?

While I am happy to provide the material for handyman jobs it is better and cheaper if you provide the materials yourself. I can provide the material however I will have to charge you an hour to cover my shopping time, delivery and fuel. If it is too big a load for me to bring in my Ute then you will have to pay for the Hardware Supplier to deliver it.

I do have some basic things in my Ute like screws, plugs, silicone, primer and caulking. If you can send me pictures and a list of what you want me to do I will endeavour to bring all of the material with me however there is no guarantee that I will have all materials to your liking. If I have to leave the job site to go and get material you will have to pay my hourly rate for that shopping trip and the cost of the material/s.

If there is a problem with defective material I will return it but you are paying for all my time to replace the parts. I do not mark up material to cover these costs. I am just doing shopping on your behalf.

Removal of Materials

Removal of all building materials on site is the owner's responsibility. If you would like, I can bag all the rubbish up to be removed or we can organise a rubbish removal company to pick the rubbish up and dispose of it.

What are your Business Hours?

Normal business hours are Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 3.00 pm. If there is an emergency or special circumstances, other arrangements can be made so don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Guarantee

Do you Guarantee your Handyman work?

I have the utmost confidence in my work, so all the work I do has my personal guarantee. I will service any claim for defective craftsmanship without charge for up to 1 year.

Material or items that have their own manufacturers warranty must be followed by the specifications of the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for keeping purchase receipts, and any other documentation that may be needed for the manufacturers' warranty.

If any work, material, or items under warranty are tampered with by any other person besides All Handy Inside and Out, warranty is void.

If customer has any concerns or questions, they are to contact Natan of All Handy Inside and Out immediately.

You do not pay until the work is completed and you are satisfied. By paying the full amount on the invoice, you confirm that you are 100% satisfied with the installation, repair or services performed by All Handy Inside and Out.

Warranty comes into effect on the same day installations, repairs or services are completed and full payment is received.

Public Liability of $5 million dollars & all tools are covered on the job.
